ChandlerKBS transitions Real Estate business to Cumming Group

ChandlerKBS has finalised its integration into Cumming Group, marking the completion of a planned process to bring the firms together, whilst retaining the same project teams and leadership. ChandlerKBS will retain its brand name and become the infrastructure division for Cumming Group in Europe while the ChandlerKBS real estate teams across the UK and Europe have transitioned to the Cumming Group brand from 1st of July 2024.

The speciality project and cost management firm headquartered in Cardiff, with satellite offices across the UK and Europe (UK, Germany, France, Norway, Italy and Switzerland) brings extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, including water, wastewater, highways & rail, and serves some of the UK’s largest private, public and utility sector clients.

As a result of the completion of the mergers with ChandlerKBS and Scollard Doyle, a leading consultancy based in Ireland, a management restructure has taken place to form a European Leadership Team. Craig Maunder of ChandlerKBS takes on the role of CEO, Cumming Group UK and Europe, Simon Parkhouse and John Gavigan become the Infrastructure joint MD’s for ChandlerKBS Ltd. Barry Doyle of Scollard Doyle is now MD, Cumming Group, Ireland and William Aitken is MD of Cumming Group, UK.
