About the project
Works comprised the design and construction of a new five storey, short-stay car park. The Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) accommodates approximately 1500 vehicles with external straight vehicle ramps and includes:
Connection to the existing road system within the airport boundary
Connection to the pedestrian link bridge, which was constructed under the landside civils works package (Lot 1),
The interface between the MSCP construction and Lot 1 works was carefully managed to ensure both projects could run simultaneously and to optimise value engineering opportunities related to concurrent construction.
