About the project
ChandlerKBS developed the capital allowances claim on the Cardiff Energy Recovery Faciltiy, located at Trident Park, Cardiff. The facility is designed to burn up to 350,000 tonnes of waste a year. Our involvement commenced by providing robust desktop assessments for the finance model during the bidding stage. We proactively developed the detailed assessment during the construction period.
We have developed capital allowances claims on all of Viridor’s major Energy Recovery Facilities including Avonmouth, Beddingtron, Exeter, Glasgow, Runcorn (phase 1 & 2), Oxford, Dunbar and Lakeside.
