About the project
ChandlerKBS is appointed to the Network Rail Service Partner Framework (SPF) as part of Operational Programme Delivery. The national framework was established to develop and support a professional programme management organisation to better enable Network Rail initiatives to be delivered to time, cost and quality, and to ensure the realisation of benefits for the operational railway. The initial period of the Framework is 3 years with options to extend up to a further 3 years.
