About the project
This project comprised the installation of a serviceable cable duct route system for signal and telecommunications cabling infrastructure from Lurgan to Portadown. It renewed the existing aged copper cables and linked the fibre network between to meet the current standard for communications cabling and will benefit future strategic projects.
ChandlerKBS provided cost management services including detailed pre tender estimates and preparation of tender documents. Construction phase services included assessing compensation events, NEC contract administration support, assessment of compensation events for both cost and time, payment applications and final account agreement.
