Andrew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and with experience in construction and civil engineering working in both cost consultancy and with tier 1 construction contractors. His experience includes the retail, healthcare, data centre, hospitality, prison, commercial, highways, active travel and education sectors. Andrew works closely with government agency clients across Ireland providing cost management services including estimating and cost planning, value engineering, business case support, policy documents, tendering and project cost management.
