Ian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with Fellow status (FRICS). He has experience in successfully delivering a wide range of projects and change initiatives across the infrastructure sectors. Ian is experienced in working with clients to develop delivery and procurement strategies, providing independent strategic reviews for projects and programmes of work, and cost management, risk management and contract management. He has excellent stakeholder management skills and was previously the chair for the RICS board in Wales as a non-executive board member.
