Karl is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a wide variety of project experience in civil engineering, highways, aviation and building sectors having worked for clients in both the public and private sector. Karl specialises in providing NEC contract advice and support on large utility frameworks, which includes advising on contracting strategy, contractual issues, contract drafting, contract administration and dispute resolution. Karl also has experience of working for funding institutions on due diligence and fund monitoring commissions.
