Niamh is a Quantity Surveyor and NEC accredited Project Manager with experience in successfully delivering projects in the education, residential, utilities and civil engineering sectors across Ireland and the UK, in both a contracting and consultant environment. She predominately works across the infrastructure sectors, leading teams delivering cost management services on large framework contracts in Ireland. Niamh’s experience includes cost planning and estimating, commercial management, financial reporting and NEC contract administration.
